This seasonal position runs from April to October, with an option for students to work from April to August. As a Retail Assistant, you'll be a key player in our retail division, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while supporting sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with product selection, offering recommendations, and promoting our products and services.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Keeping client accounts updated to support ongoing sales and client satisfaction.
• Creating and maintaining engaging product displays.
• Managing shipping and receiving inventory, ensuring products are properly stocked.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized retail and warehouse space.
• Providing consistent, professional communication between clients and service teams.
• Troubleshooting and following up on customer inquiries, including water-related concerns.

Who You Are

• Customer-focused with strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
• A great communicator, both in person and via email.
• Adaptable and energetic, ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in a retail or sales role is preferred.
• Experience in the pool industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full Time Seasonal Position (April to October) or Student Position (April to August).
• Competitive hourly pay at $19 to $21 per hour, based on experience.
